This product works great on my 4A/4B hair. Defines curls and leaves hair soft and touchable. I have used it as a “one and done” and it worked a treat. I have used it with a leave in and works great just beware not to load the hair with too much leave in or butter etc before using this product as it can cause flakes. I would say this would be great for types 3s and 4s. Type 2s could use it but sparingly especially if you have fine hair or low density hair.

I thought this gel would suit my 4c hair after researching a few but instead in drew out most moisture. Come wash day (two days later) my hair felt very brittle and rough that I needed to deep condition again even though I did it prior to adding the product. Such a shame.

First time using this product after watching several YouTube video. This product definitely defined the curls in my hair. However it has definitely left my hair dry and brittle. I was also not happy with the cello tape across the jar. Appears to have been tampered with before I received.
