I love this brand. As a massage therapist their magnesium products are fantastic for my sore muscles. However this particular product caused me to have an allergic reaction. I have never responded to any of the ingredients in this way before but something about the concentration of the ingredients or the mixture caused my skin immediately to burn and itch simultaneously. I washed the product off my skin and it came off easily with soap and water I won’t be purchasing this particular product again but still plan to use their magnesium lotion that I haven’t had a reaction to.Not an unhappy customer I just want to share so that others who may end up having a similar issue can steer clear.

I’ve tried a lot of products/methods of falling asleep and this one is the best I’ve tried so far. It is quick and easy to apply to the soles of the feet and works nearly instantly if you use six sprays per foot and then rub in it (I just rub my feet together). I do this right before getting into bed. Works like a charm.

I use this spray daily on my back after back surgery. It does take a bit of the edge off. Its not as effective as an ibuprofen or tylenol…but I’d consider it a layer of pain relief. It can sting right out of the shower. Its tolerable though. It is a bit greasy so be careful around clothing or the floor if the mist gets on it as you could slip.

Love this spray. I can not absorb magnesium tablets so this is a life saver. I spray on the soles of my feet and put socks on before bed. It does dry your skin but I just put extra cream on. I sometimes also use in the morning. No more muscle cramps and it does aid in my sleep.
