I bought this thinking it would match my skin tone – I’m a 2.1YG from the Ordinary/C2 in Mac’s Body and Face Foundation. It was described as a light-medium with warm undertone so I bought this. But it ended up being far too dark and beige-almost pink-like on my face so I wasn’t terribly happy with the color match. That being said I should’ve been aware of that buying it online but I really thought that this same foundation color in Boots/Superdrug was much lighter.I’m not sure if maybe I’m wrong or I ended up buying a defective product/it may be fake. Also note that the foundation does oxidize so that may be another culprit.If it wasn’t for the awful color match it would’ve been a great foundation. It glides so smoothly across my skin and it’s a light to medium buildable foundation in my opinion. It’s much better for people with dry skin though I think.

This stick foundation (colour Sable) is everything I expected and more. It comes in a secure case that won`t open in a makeup bag or leak just twist to get the desired amount for perfect application. Although it may not appear to be a lot of product there is more than in Revlon`s Insta-fix stick foundation. Coverage is good and can be built up in those areas where more may be required it goes on smoothly with fingers though a sponge does make blending a little easier. The finish really is seamless the make-up stays on all day without smudging fading or caking. It stays matte in a natural looking way not dry or dull looking after the first couple of hours. Removal is quick and easy whatever type of cleanser you use. If you are thinking of the old Pan Stick from years ago do not fear this is a whole new generation that gives a flawless finish in a very short time.I happily recommend.

This is a good shaping stick from L’Oreal but it is a bit misleading. Firstly it is far too heavy to be a foundation it is fantastic as a concealer though. There is only a small amount in the lip stick shaped containerso I think you need to use sparingly.I tried a little as a foundation to gauge the effect and it is very very thick and heavy and needs a massive amount of blending to achieve anything remotely natural. As a concealer it did a fab job under my eyes and I will continue to use to conceal my puffiness but I doubt I would re-buy as it is expensive forsuch a small amount.
