First of all all RSP products I have tried have been great. I have been taking this product for almost 5 weeks now and I can absolutely see a difference. It has enhanced the way my body prepares and recovers from workouts and therefore have seen gains like never before. I was a D1 college athlete and I really wish this was available to me at that time. The BCAA5000 taste great which is an added bonus whether you are sipping it during a workout or after. Furthermore this is a clean product – you know what you are putting in your body and you aren’t going to have any weird side effects. But the best part is obviously the results. I train every day whether it be heavy lifts high intensity strength training session done at a metabolic tempo or long runs and this product has provided me with more sustained energy and better recovery. The combination allows for me to keep up my intense workout schedule and the fact it’s effective with my diverse workout schedule is a credit to the quality of this product. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone whether they are looking for serious gains or just some more energy and less soreness the next day!

This product tastes ok – with a mild bitter aftertaste. It mixes well and it does help with muscle recovery. However after extreme dieting and exercising I lost no weight in 4 months. I went to a doctor a nutritionist and a personal trainer – we narrowed it down to this product. BCAA can cause weight gain / prevent weight loss. I would be careful using this if your main goal is to lose weight.

I am so stoked to have recently stumbled upon these BCAAS! I have tried countless different flavors and brands of BCAA’s and hands down the RSP BCAA 5000 has been my favorite product. The orange mango flavor tastes natural and mixes effortlessly with water. Furthermore these BCAA’s do not give your mouth a chalky or artificial taste after consumption. Plus the price for the quality of ingredients and the size is unbeatable. On top of everything the staff at RSP is very personable and professional. I spoke with one of the members of the RSP team Andre and he was genuinely interested in how the product was working for me. Good customer service is very important to me and after that phone call I knew that RSP was on my team. They are making their products in order to give their customers exactly what they need and want. I have grown tired of companies that shell out low-quality products with questionable ingredients in order to make a profit. I am going to stick with RSP because they have great customer service and high-quality products. If you need to contact RSP ask for Andre! I have been a user of their products for quite some time now and they provide a wide range of products that function well and are good on price. This product us no exception. The taste was not much to my liking but the results justify the continued use. It had been a month since I have started using and I have seen a good increase in my recovery times after a lengthy workout and I am looking forward to seeing continued gains in size.
