Electric Callus Remover will not charge:• I purchased the Electric Callus Remover on January 29 2021 and I have used it 4 times so far on a single full charge. Now comes the time to charge the battery using the USB cable included and the Electric Callus Remover will not charge. When I press the power button 3 bars turn on (Red lights at 2Ω 4Ω & 6Ω) and after about 5 seconds all 5 bars start flashing (Red lights at 2Ω 4Ω 6Ω 8Ω & 10Ω) and then all red lights turn off. The same happens when attempted again. The charger behaves “as if it is charging” by flashing the red lights but would not charge• The charger is hard to plug into the Electric Callus Remover and seems as if the manufacturer attempted to use the closest possible charger instead of designing a charger to fit this specific unitUsing the Electric Callus Remover:• It is a very uncomfortable to hold the foot filer due to its plastic being slippery when dry• In addition the power/speed button can unintentionally be pressed due to its location being at thumb while holding and using the foot filerThe roller head:• The roller head is a bit recessed causing the edges of the Electric Callus Remover to touch certain areas of the foot rather than the actual roller head touching the foot for smoothing etc… Only by holding the foot filer and pushing a bit harder than usual towards the foot would the head roller touch these areasOn a side Note:• I honestly do not understand how many items on Amazon are rated so high only to disappoint. It feels we are being laughed at/taken advantage of by the never-ending scrolls through hundreds of items by sellers with different names while having the same pictures just shuffled around and having multiple ratings from 1 to 5 stars for the same item. While I have nothing against products made in China which I have been purchasing for many years and am happy with I am however starting to have trouble trusting these sellers. Just for this Electric Callus Remover you will find sellers by the names of DIOZO Elmchee BOOMPOW Shopping Mouth IWEEL WXLin KKXIN and many more. To me OXO Good is always OXO Good Sony is always Sony JBL & Bose are always JBL & Bose Cuisinart is always Cuisinart and KITCHENAID is always KITCHENAID• Some might argue it is a marketing strategy but it doesn’t take much to notice the World is dividing and laughing at us because we are naïve we are nice we care & we respect we believe and we don’t judge. But we are also blind. After all how many sellers on Amazon today can be found 6 to 12 Months from today? And that is my option.
