とにかく一粒が大きい。慣れるまでに少し時間がかかった。生臭さはそれほど気にならなかった。EPA360mg、DHA240mgの含有量でこの価格は嬉しい。中性脂肪対策で購入し始めたのだが、中性脂肪値も下降中。。。

Just got off the phone with NOW Foods product support and was advised that I should NOT freeze these capsules as they can split open letting the oil out. I have seen many suggestions to freeze the capsules so as to reduce fish burps but NOW says: ‘freezing is not a good idea. Instead ingest the capsules prior to eating a significant meal.’ That’s how I take this kind of pill anyway.I have only been taking these a few days and haven’t had the fburps yet but we’ll see…EDIT 6-29-13: Still taking them the way described above and no fburps. I do store them in the fridge and not sure if that helps.

This Now Foods product seems to be a reasonably-priced excellent source of concentrated Super Omega-3 (C-20 and C-22) unsaturated fatty acids (EPA and DHA). Both this size bottle (120 count) and the next larger bottle size (250 count) offer excellent per-capsule savings.I take 1 or 2 capsules of Super Omega EPA/DHA every day along with approximately 2 grams of niacin; and I have done so for years with no ill effects. My total cholesterol numbers have decreased from well-over 200 to around 150 while my HDL (good) cholesterol numbers have increased from about 30-40 to over 90. These are great numbers because they imply my LDL (bad) cholesterol numbers are now around 60 or less. My doctors are impressed with these results and so am I.

I started taking this product several years ago when Viooxx was taken off the market. The 8 years of taking the NSAIDS gave me a hitial hernia. I have chronic ostoarthritis and have been under the care of a chiroptractor for the last 8-10 years. They recommended this product to me as a replacement to Aleve. It works beautifully. I usually take 5 in the morning if I have a bad day in lots of pain I will take 5 before I go to sleep. I will never again take a pain prescription or NSAID. When buying supplements I only buy products made by NOW FOODS. I know they are a very good quality company.

So far this have been a good product. I have only been using it for 1 month. The only problem I have is I end up with burps that taste a little fishy but that is only for about 1 hour after I take them.
